STORE POLICIES

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If the package is marked as delivered, you will have to file a claim with your local post office.

All clothing and mug merchandise is handled through a third party provider. It all ships directly from a warehouse, and we do not have control over shipping and delivery.

Printful Return Policy : You will only receive a refund if items are damaged or misprinted. Otherwise, they do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and color, these cannot be exchanged or refunded. If damaged or misprinted, please return all products directly to Printful within 30 days. Anything after that time period will not be refunded or replaced.

Printful requires photo evidence of misprints or damage. Please send a FLAT photo of the item and a photo showing the damage to amojonesassistant@gmail.com. This is required.
